Sep-01-2007: Hey guys! Minor updates - now votes of the people who uploaded the song do not count toward the average - helps keep the ratings more fair :)
Some other changes and optimizations here and there. Making BETA 2.1 the main page of http://akordai.org. You can still find the old version (without any new songs here).
Jun-07-2007: Long time no see, eh? So, here we go...
Members no longer need to have songs in their collections to rate them.
Rate now, change your rating whenever. Also, you can now see how many votes have been cast for each of the songs, in addition to how popular the song is.
A number of other, back-end, improvements have been made so the site can run smoother. Let me know if you find any bugs. Thanks!

Feb-11-2007: A bit prettier, a bit unusual and probably very interesting beta2 version of Akordia.org is here! Please try it out and leave your feedback on the forum.
The new concept is pretty simple: every user gets to have a collection that can be filled either with songs from other user's collections, or by uploading songs into your collection. Collections of all users are searchable.
We're still in beta release - which means you can expect to run into issues. Please report those as you find them.

Features
All song lists, including your collection, search results and new songs are available from the navigation bar on the right.
Send in a song and it will immediately appear on the website. But keep in mind, spam will not be tolerated!
Once you have songs added to your collection you can rate by hovering over the rating image.
If you're registered on our forum, then you can login into akordai with the same user/pass. WARNING: You need to have cookies enabled in your browser!
Every time someone adds a song to their collection, its popularity increases. For example, two people have "Foje - As cia esu" in their collection.
